A series of interviews with experts to debunk myths commonly associated with Trafficking for Sexual Exploitation. The second myth is that victims are usually kidnapped and their families don't know what happened. In reality, the vast majority of people who are trafficked for sexual exploitation are trafficked by deceptive means. These deceptive means often include false promises of educational or employment opportunities abroad or in different parts of the country. Traffickers take advantage of the people's trust in then and their ability to facilitate the promised opportunities. Very often people are trafficked by relatives or people who they know. This short video can be used to supplement trainings, presentations and workshops related to the issue of trafficking for sexual exploitation.
