This annex of the Communication for Development (C4D) Toolkit is a short guide that details the C4D process that IOM X used to create the video programme Open Doors, a long form drama focusing on the exploitation of domestic workers and the importance of clear communication between employers and domestic workers. Specifically, the annex details the steps that were used to inform, develop and monitor and evaluate the programme. This annex will help practitioners understand how to conducting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for communication campaigns and gives tips on how best to conduct research, develop and test messaging and do M&E for campaigns, even with a limited budget.
